Edify Technologies, Inc. (Edify) has been awarded the Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) Contract (DIR-CPO-5960) by the Texas Department of Information Resources, acknowledging over 23 years of technology consulting and software engineering expertise for government and commercial clients.

Overview of the Contract

The Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) Contract allows Texas state agencies, local governments, and other eligible organizations to procure technology services from pre-qualified vendors through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). This contract is for services only. Hardware and software are not within the scope of any awarded contract.

Instead of traditional hourly staff augmentation, DBITS focuses on defined deliverables, timelines, and outcomes — giving agencies a clear, results-oriented approach to IT projects. Through this contract, Edify provides services in multiple awarded categories, enabling customers to quickly engage our team for application development, modernization, data and analytics, ERP, cybersecurity, and project management initiatives. Instructions for Pricing, how to obtain a quote and place Purchase Orders

Pricing: Pricing under the DIR-CPO-5960 contract is determined by the scope and deliverables of each project. To obtain pricing, eligible customers can contact prince@edifytech.us. All quotes will include applicable DIR discounts and are fully compliant with contract terms.

How to obtain a quote and place purchase orders

To start a project under the DIR DBITS contract, government customers need to create a Statement of Work (SOW) that follows the contract terms. Click here to know to DIR SOW Guide

Here’s how the process works:

• The customer identifies the need for IT services within an approved DBITS category.
• Customer prepares and signs a SOW that outlines the work, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• The signed SOW is shared with Edify.
• Edify reviews the request and provides a fixed-price proposal based on the deliverables.
• Once the customer selects Edify, a purchase order referencing the DIR DBITS contract number is issued.
• After the purchase order is accepted, project work begins.
